How Food Affects our Vibrations and Reality

Did you know that everything you eat and drink affects your vibration and reality? How can you actually feel good if you don't invest in good food? Your body is your vessel, and if you want to attract high vibrations, you should vibrate on the same level.

The meals that leave us feeling tired and lazy are those that operate at a lower frequency. Therefore, when we eat them, our vibration changes. A lot of low-frequency meals are tasty junk foods. Because these unhealthy foods are usually delicious, some people overeat without knowing that these low-vibration meals change our mood, add on extra pounds, and make us vulnerable to illness.

French electromagnetism expert André Simoneton publicized his study on the electromagnetic waves of particular foods in 1949. He discovered that each food has not only a specific amount of calories (chemical energy) but also an electromagnetic vibrational power.

How can we categorize food by vibrations by André Simoneton?

The first category is high-vibration foods, including fresh

fruits and raw vegetables, whole grains, olives, almonds, hazelnuts,

sunflower seeds, soy, and coconut.

The second category is lower-vibration foods, such as boiled

vegetables, milk, butter, eggs, honey, cooked fish, peanut oil, sugar

cane and wine.

The third category is very low vibrations foods, including cooked meats, sausages, coffee and ten, chocolate, jams, processed cheeses, and white bread.

The fourth category showed no angstroms; these types of food are margarine, conserves, alcohol, refined white sugar, and bleached four.

Simoneton's research explains which foods are suitable for our vibration and which ones we should avoid. Usually, good-quality organic food will keep you feeling more healthy than non-organic foods. The price of organic food can be higher, but the financial expense could be a small sacrifice for your health and well-being.

Do not forget about the importance of water. Water cleans away unwanted toxins, keeping you in a higher vibrational state.

Around 60-70 percent of your whole body is composed of water that keeps you hydrated, so it's essential to your body's functioning. If the water balance in your body falls below the necessary amount, your body will react adversely. Make fresh, filtered water your primary source of fluid. If you are interested in spiritual practice, try to avoid fluoride in your water by using specific filters.
